1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all cities within Pakistan. At this time, deliveries outside of our service area are unavailable.

2. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge. Any additional applicable fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email or SMS (if available) to keep you updated on your order’s status.

5. Failed Deliveries

In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be canceled, and you may be required to place a new order.
